Future Zion Shores vacation rentals will give guests the opportunity to stay at a one-of-a-kind waterfront surf community, surrounded by luxury homes, two lagoons totaling 12 acres of water, and unlimited active lifestyle and outdoor adventure opportunities in the surrounding southern Utah area. Zion Shores will be a place where the home, water, and experience come together. Future guests will be able to stay in professionally managed luxury vacation homes within the community and experience a setting unlike anything else in Southern Utah. From days spent at the community lagoons and surf pools, to enjoying hiking, biking, golf, and exploring the greater St.George area. Zion Shores will offer a new way for families and groups to experience the region. Specific rental homes, availability, guest capacities, and amenity access will be announced as the first homes become available.
PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED RENTALS
Ember Stays is the exclusive vacation rental property manager for Zion Shores.
Ember Stays will manage participating vacation homes throughout the community, helping create a consistent, high-quality experience for homeowners and guests.
Services will include vacation rental marketing, reservations, guest communication, professional cleaning coordination, arrival support, and ongoing property care.
Every available home will have its own individual listing with confirmed features, sleeping capacity, pricing, policies, and booking details.

WATER AT THE CENTER
With two lagoons and approximately 12 acres of water, Zion Shores is designed around life on and near the water.
Guest access to specific amenities will be clearly explained with each rental listing.
PRIORITY SURF ACCESS
Vacation rental guests will receive priority surf access after Zion Shores owners and before the general public.
Surf pricing, reservations, availability, equipment, waivers, and skill requirements will be provided separately as those details are finalized.
LUXURY VACATION HOMES
Rental availability is expected to include a selection of professionally managed luxury homes within Zion Shores.
The exact homes, layouts, bedroom counts, and guest capacities will depend on which homeowners participate in the rental program.

Zion Shores is located in Washington, Utah, near St. George.
The surrounding area offers a wide variety of activities from hiking, biking, golf, off-road trails, dining, national and state parks, with year-round activities.
