PERFECT SWELL ZION IS UNDERWAY

Zion Shores is going vertical! The wave gen structure for the largest, most advanced PerfectSwell® surf pool in the world is now under construction and starting to take form, with concrete foundation already in place. The massive 9-acre community lagoon is also starting to take shape and you can really start to get a sense for the sheer scale of this community. All individual property groundwork is complete with custom home builds scheduled to kick off very soon.

All over excavation work is complete and we kicked off vertical construction in style with a foundation ceremony celebrating this landmark in the project with our Zion Shores family - including partners, collaborators, investors and local officials.
