There are two options to secure your lot at Zion Shores:

Option 1: Full lot purchase – Most secure and cost e ective. Pay the full amount of the lot upfront to lock in your price and secure your spot in the construction que.

Option 2: $10k deposit – Flexible but less secure. A deposit can be

made on a lot. Once the plat is recorded, we will require the full

amount of the lot paid. However, this doesn’t guarantee your lot. If someone wishes to purchase a lot that has a deposit on it they may do so by paying for the lot in full. The deposit can then be placed on another lot or refunded as requested by the depositor.

Construction Timeline – Once your lot is secured and/or purchased, a construction timeline will be given based on the plan selected.

While the exact amount has not been finalized, we estimate the HOA dues will be in the range of $500-$600/month. These fees will cover ½ of the lagoon fee (the other half will be covered by the UNIT surf wave operations.) Final HOA dues will be determined by the HOA board upon completion of the project.
