That means your ownership is connected to a real property with the potential to appreciate over time, while giving you the consistency, pride, and personal connection of returning to a home that feels like your own.

A 1/8 ownership share gives you 44+ nights each year, which is just over six weeks. If you want more time, you can purchase a larger ownership share, up to 1/2 ownership.

Owners schedule stays through the Ember app using SmartDraft™, a fair scheduling system designed for Ember Flex homes. The app keeps scheduling simple and organized, so you do not have to coordinate dates directly with the other owners.

Yes. Zion Shores co-ownership homes are designated as Ember Flex™ homes, which means you can use your time personally, rent out unused nights, or do a mix of both. Rental participation is optional, giving you flexibility in how you use your ownership time.

Yes. Owners can sell their ownership interest in the future. Because your ownership is tied to a specific home, the value of your ownership interest is connected to the market value of that home. If the home appreciates over time, your share may also increase in value proportionally. Ember also helps facilitate the resale process, making it easier than trying to sell a fractional vacation home interest on your own.

In addition to the purchase price, owners pay ongoing ownership costs such as management, maintenance, utilities, insurance, taxes, HOA dues, and reserves. These costs are shared among the owners based on ownership percentage.
